I'm reaching out to some of you guys that really may know the answer here. I been running Kefei GH at 5 iu PD for like 2.5 months.
I started out at a lower dose. And I have ran Hyges before with no problems.

I lost about 18 lbs of fat. Went from 208 to 187 or so.
But then I started to notice I was pissing 4 or more times waking up at night. Always thirsty. I would eat lunch and 1 hr later be crashing at my desk at work. Then i also noticed my finger tips would be itchy and hurt a bit if I pushed on them.

So I started to look up the symptoms of diabetes and these were the classic signs. I was not running humalin R with this run of GH, but have dabbled with slin 5 months ago at low doses with no problems.
diabetes does run in my family. Mom had type 1 (insulin dependent) And got it in her 50's if I remember. I'm 50 myself now.

I checked my sugar and it was 361 after eating one afternoon. Checked it another after just waking up, and it was 190. So I got myself to the Dr's. They diagnosed me with type 2 diabetes. Put me on pills for now, and I got a scheduled appt with the diabetes specialist. I didn't tell them i was running GH, or AAS.

but does anyone here feel it could be the GH causing the high blood sugar? I went on line to research, but it was too conflicting. Some say yes, some no.
I dropped the GH for now to see what the hell happens. But for now, the pills don't seem to be making me feel better, but I only been on them for 5 days.

yes it can. definitely something you wanna monitor. it was a good idea to get off.

HGH is not your friend if you are diabetic. Be very careful with it. I recommend you stay off for good as you don't want to risk anything.

GH causes a raise in blood sugar. It makes you insulin resistant. That should have been something known just from basic research before starting GH. That much GH should not cause your blood sugar to raise that much. Do you have any idea what your fasting levels were before GH? I would more than bet you had a preexisting condition before the GH and now the GH is making it worse. For me normal off GH my fasting blood sugar is like 80-85. When I get on 5iu or so GH it gets near 100. That much GH should not be putting you in the 300's even if you eat a meal, and 190 is high for fasting so you must have had unknown issues before.

as everyone has said, gh can cause increase in blood sugar -
due to it being in a insulin antagonist.

when one of hgh or insulin is high, the other is low. one of the reasons both used together creates such a great synergy.
but not enough insulin = high blood glucose

Yes it can and does, moniter everyday if it starts going up

Ok, thank you very much. I been off the GH for a couple of weeks now. Like I said, my mom was type 1 so I may have been borderline to begin. I'm not really sure what my B/S fasted was prior.
Had I known that the GH played such a roll on your B/S levels, I would have monitored before, during and after.

I have never seen any post on any of the forums I have been on with anyone complaining of high BS due to GH use. But I had narrowed it down to the GH as I know I was fine prior to this run.

thank you so much for all the reply's. I got my answer.
