Can HGH cause low body temperature?

The thyroid isn't directly being affected. If there is something going on, it can have something to do with the production/release of TSH out of the anterior pituitary.

What should one expect to see on their bloodwork concerning T3 and TSH if they are taking 5iu of hgh daily?

I'm doubting it. We has used HGH extensively and nothing we have ever noted.
Get some bloodwork done on thyroid.
