I already eat big a's protocol diet of 500g protein per day reguardless so i dont want any replies saying i dont need to eat that much protein
I'm going to try DNP at 500mg ED and was wondering if a high protein intake
would stop me being catabolic even if the calories were mega low?
basically if i eat my 500g protein and try to keep carbs and fats next to nothing, thats well under 2500 cals, will the protein ensure no muscle is used as energy?
PS. currently cruising so using about 0.6 grams of gear each week.
