You are not providing any info at all, i would eat protein with very little fat, why? Well gh is supposed to liberate faty acids and depending on the dose we could guess that it's possible there would be plenty of faty acids in the blood stream, why eat more fat? Gh lowers insulin sensitivity and high faty acids in the blood stream could do the same.
Even if you are lean, that's not a good idea if you care about your health, why do bodybuilders dy so young of hart attacks and blood clots? Tha may be a contributing factor, just a thought

I usually have a protein shake 20 minutes after a hgh shot.I’ve been having good progress so far.was just curious if there’s something specific I should be doing as well.just trying to get the most out of it.using PHARMA hgh and doing about 3iu,3 times daily.once before the gym,once right after workout and once before bed.

Yes.makes me sleep so good,lol.I hate generic makes me bloated and never see results like PHARMA.I actually added more water so now 7iu a day .so one pen lasts 5 days.
