Can I keep all my gains and improve on my first cruise?

Been on for 21 weeks ... Test npp 350 350eod for 12 weeks .. then test/tren at the same.doses for 12 to 16 and now on 700 test with 350 tren. When.I come.off I will cruise on 200mg of test a week with 2-4 ius of rips. Can muscle gains be made or should I concentrate on getting as lean as possible

With the right training ,diet and supp. I know it can be done.good luck and keep us posted.
 
thats the only thing i am trying to decide on is how to diet come this cruise ....i got really sloppy with my diet the last few weeks and it sucks .... so when i go on my cruise it will either be low carb high fat or mod protien mod carb low fat
 
Trade 100mg of test for tren and your quest for leanness will be that much easier :D

You certainly won't improve, but you can maintain a lot depending on when you go back on

Not sure if you will be able to keep it all or not, youll probably lose a small bit if you stay on a cruise long enough but its not nearly as bad as going off altogether. Its a matter of you finding what cruise dose of test you need to maintain. For me it was about 350 mg/wk, certainly not a safe cruise dose IMO. I still lost some mass on that dose but it was minimal. Remember that a true HRT dose is only about 100-150 mg/wk, and that would be safest but youll lose mass on that for sure. 300mg/wk may be enough for you. Youll have to run that and see what happens after about 4-8 weeks. If you start losing mass then youll have to decide if you want to up the dose more or just accept that you will have to lose some. Health is an issue here.

Thanks maldorf. Yes I'm.not oblivious to health as it is a concern. U don't mind loosing a little bit as the winter is not all that important in looking my biggest I mostly just want to maintain most of what I have do I'm primed to grow bigger and badder next blast

Food intake.. i know a guy on a couple grams for close to a year and is a whopping 6ft 190 and looks like ass. doesnt eat near enough. I know people waaaay bigger either natural or have taken waaaay less but know how to eat. Take 250mg and eat like a horse and grow more than a gram eating like a bird

If I took a gram of AAS and ate like a bird I would be nice and lean with decent size.

If I took 250mg of test and ate like a horse I would be fat and look like shit.

If we assume you know the absolute most BASIC concepts of nutrition, the 100% truth of the matter is you are only as big as your dose.

If you want to believe otherwise you are fooling yourself.

I agree with it at extremely high levels, like in the pros, but i still stand by how important food is and i always will. Exactly, you take a gram and ate like a bird youd be nice and lean but you would not be big. I have too many friends who do the exact thing. Theyre lean and have a little muscle but big by no means.. you may take 250mg and bulk heavy and add some extra bf, but as long as you dont get insane and youre lifting hard you arent going to get FAT in a few months, and youll be bigger muscularity wise than the lean guy eating like a bird. take a little time and cut it up and be bigger and as lean as the other guy. Now, the real size comes when both extremities are combined..
