Sounds good man. I've gotten quite a few PMs from the decision. When it comes to certain priorities and factors, Alex's looks like he can fulfill them. That's not to say the others don't, just preference and beliefs. Personally, what sold me and also scared me was that he's a carb advocate. If anything, I'm anti-carbs and have had (whatever little) success on low-carb to keto, but look at where I am. A complete 360. So you have to take it to the chin and realize someone may have a different, yet better approach for you and just take it.

I am scared by the thought of ingesting 300g of carbs if I do end out having that happen. Even on "bulks", my carbs were at 200g carbs at most. But I know I hired him, he's proven time & time again that he'll produce results, so I'll stick to the gameplan. If it's not working, he'll adjust. That's what he does.
