Can separating a peptide vial ruin it?

I have a 30mg vial of tirzepatide and separated it into 3 seperate sterile vials (no reconstitution, just the powder) using sterile equipment and gloves. Can scooping out the tirz from the original vial denature the peptide? Or is it best in the future just to get a smaller amount so I don’t have to do this? (10mg). Thnx!

Peptides are extremely delicate my friend and unless you have done this in the past in a completely sterile environment with sterile equipment with success I wouldn't even attempt it and personally I don't understand the need to.

Let me get this straight, you have a vial with 30mg tirzepatide and you manually seperated it into 3 vials ?
you have 0 chance of knowing how much active powder and how much filler etc you have in each vial.
