can some please actually show us real pictures of where to shoot Syntherol when doing shots..not a diagram but an actual arm with marker marks to show us ...i know alot of us are confused when we read."do both heads of the bicep or all heads on the tricep...show us the spots to hit each time we do this ..thanks...

I used this site as a reference to learn..

For your 1st attempts spot injecting, go real easy. Thin gear, 25g 1", small amount 1/2 cc.. Aspirate. This won’t do much of anything except get you used to the whole act of doing it. I think that’s important so that you’re not so nervous your hands are shaking and you tear up the muscle and create scar tissue.. Repition makes it a lot easier

now if i could get my comp to show me everything which it will as soon as i get it running right..but what i wanted to know is i hear is hit both heads of the bicep and all heads of the tricep..where woudl you shoot for a 4 week run of this stuff if all you did was arms.?? They all can't go into the peak each time..do you just move it up and down the bicep each tiem you shoot ? and do the same with the triceps on each head...?

That's wrong. In that photo he's pretty much injectin in between the two muscle heads.

If you feel with your other hand your bicep, you will feel in the middle of it (pretty much where he is injecting now), the separation of the two heads. You inject on either side of that.
You inject into the bicep from the side (inner or outer).

I got on the page and saw everything..bIG A sounds like you know a bit more then the guy on spot-inj...are you able to post some pics of your arms and mark with a marker where we should shoot each day or atleast the rotation sites each time...i get the inner head and outter head of the biceps..do we hit each head each time or every other time ?

I know that I followed the Spot Injection web site doing site injections for bi's with Enanthate...about a year ago...before I came to Professional Muscle and read Big A's info........I ended up get a little lump of scar tissue in my right bi..from injecting in the peak...instead of both heads......Now I know better thanks to Big A..........not too mention....I'd only used Syntherol for site enhancing....not gear

both heads of the bi's ed, and both (2 out of the 3) heads of the tri's ed.
