Can someone help my LIVER!!!!

Ok so I go in for a blood test late janurary. My alt was at 40 and my ast was at 48. The ranges are 0-40 for both. All I was on was HGH 4iu's 5on/2off split. So then I just get another blood test a few days ago and my alt was 52 and my ast was 78. All i've added was test prop at 100mg EOD and injectable formestane(200mg every 3rd day) and clen/t3. I didnt think those could elevate my liver enzymes but maybe im wrong? Any ideas?

Here is the abbreviated version - intense weight training and high protein diets can elevate ALT/AST. Your values are not that high. What your doc needs to look at is GGT. This will tell you if you have a problem. You are likely just fine.
