Fish Oils (and other efa's) Use them in good doses your off weeks of slin, youl notice when you go back on! be sure to always have them in your diet tho (omega eggs, natty PB)

LOL, yea toopoo I've read heard you talk about your offseason diet!

Dude you have no idea. Iv been thrown out of 4 buffets (swear to god). Told "its dinner now, changing from lunch, pay again or leave", or "you go to bathroom and keep coming back youv been here 4 hours thats not allowed"...iv had a guy with a pitcher of soda stand NEXT to my table n fill my glass when i take a sip tryin to fill me on liquid, then another place took my FULL plates whenever i got up for a drink (he did it TWICE!).

Pizza place by me you get a free tshirt if you eat one by yourself... iv done 2.5 lol (thin crust plz its easy)....

When i worked for Gaspari (and EVERYONE in the office can vouch).... id reguarly eat 3 big macks, large fries and a mcflurry for lunch and probably finnish that off with an entire box of cookies.... and the icecream truck lady stopped by TWICE every day just for me....

Tolbutamide was phenominal back in the day, haven't used it in ages.

I know the books information is a little outdated but in the book BodyOpus Dan Ducahine speaks highly of vanadyl sulfate. I always thought it was a supplement that didnt pan out, but could it be effective?

good list, i am weary of avandia and metformin but would add sesamin
 
Something else to increase insulin sensitivity that is cheap is to pour an ounce or two of lemon juice and an ounce or two of apple cider vinegar in a shot glass and drink that before you have a meal higher in carbs.

Sesamin is another great one. I like sesamin a lot. I have been using it for a while and feel it definitely has a positive effect on body composition.
