Sorry I havent been here, going through a divorce. Tough times. I will be ok though. I barely remmeber these videos! Brings back memories! Some videos are shot after not training for a while and others are at my peak. You cant look like that all year long. Yes, I gained about 12 pounds after that for the NOC, then I guess I did some soul searching and my life went a different direction.
