I think we all have a dna imprint and liposuction would only ever be a temporary solution. As stated earlier we all put on fat in certain areas. Even if many of the fat cells were to be removed via lipo we would simply develop more in that given area.

Exactly, your body replace all your cells periodically with new ones anyway. Your DNA tells your body how many fat cells are in which places. You can make fat cells bigger or smaller through diet and exercise, but you can't control how many fat cells are there.

That being said, if you get super lean, and then get fat again, the fat tends to go on more evenly than before.

There are certain chemicals that 'in theory' MIGHT cause some fat cell apoptosis. Things like what the OP mentioned (pgf2a) and even a concentrated capsaicen gel to the fatty areas..

But what is most likely happening is a localized insulin resistance effect to the fat cells which will defend nutrients AWAY from these stubborn areas....

At the end of the day --- GH will/should keep your abdominal areas thinner/tighter.

GH, DNP, Beta/Alpha receptor drugs, thyroid, etc will all help, but they're not going to change you're genetics.

Genetics determine body composition through their ability to affect hormone expression among millions of other things.

Most guys will spend $$ to have gyno removed. On the same token, why not get as lean as you can with as little enhancement as possible and then get some smartlipo to remove the actual physical adipose tissue where fat is stored from the trouble spots.

I did that (lots of doctor friends). It's no more or less "cheating" than anything else we do, and in fact, it's far healthier and cheaper in the long term than pumping the body with drugs, because remove the drugs and the body will return to it's prior state more or less.

I only had like 70-100CC total fat removed, but from the lower abdomen and "love handles." One of the best investments in my pursuit of my ideal physique.

Less fat removed = lower cost, faster healing, etc so diet down first!
