There can be sides along the lines of various joint disorders - yes. Water rention is another, causing swelling.

could also be the peps or a combo of both causing some sort of synergistic reaction. As 123 says- yes joint swelling on the costal facets is a possibility and dehydration could be another. Or neither. Hard to tell. Drop one of the two compounds for a week and see what happens. Or try spacing them way out. Best of luck. Ice it down- no heat for acute pain. See a chiro and stretch.

I get lower back pain when i get bloated so thats probably whats going on with the gh. The extra water pushes nerves arounds.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I quit taking everything yesterday as advised and have been hitting the spa. I'll let you know in a few days how it is working out.
