I think Keto really comes down to how the person reacts to it. If your calories are high enough you'll grow but some people just feel better on higher carbs.
I've grown on the diet for sure, but does anyone else have a hard time adding real wt during the offseason? It's real tricky cuz add carbs =add fat n water for us carb sensitive guys, I've been trying more cheats to boost cals

Read over this thread again. There are a lot of suggestions here for using keto in a mass gaining phase with little or no carbs added. A lot of useful info I think you will appreciate.
