Can you shake igf1 des??

About to do some research with igf des. It says to shake well on the bottle? I thought when reconstituting a peptide you shouldnt directly pour on the peptide or shake a vial during recon? Also, if someone didnt want to wait a week or so for aa can they use bw to recon and administer for a short period of time? 5 days or so? Dont get me wrong, Im planning on recon with aa normally just curious about covering a gap of time between aa supplies running out and coming in. I'd like to not have to skip a week in my research to wait for the aa supply. Thanks for the expertise.

Personally I would not shake it. It's funny that a vial says that. I know people who have used bw and it was fine. I personally use AA but I think you can get away with it. And to be clear when I saw it recon with bw, it was all used in ten days.

I would not shake it either treat it as if you had gh.

I personally do not believe that the peptides we take are quite as fragile as we make them out to be.

Thanks for the input guys. I didnt shake. Did some research preworkout this morning and it worked well. I wouldnt subsitute aa for bw on a long term basis but at least I can say it does work for a least a short period of time. I just dont get the "shake well" label. I think Orisis is right, maybe these peptides really aren't as fragile as we think.

I think dat has already debunked that myth. Suggesting they may still be good at room temp 30+ days after recon. Funny tho cause when I travel I still keep it in an iced cooler and never leave it un-chilled for more than several minutes. O well. Better safe than sorry lol.
