It's almost certainy the Tren, although you might want to check your estrogen levels as well, as estrogen outside the normal range at either end (too much ot toolitle) can cause problems.

Try Prami if you aren't up for Caber. Lots of caber is bunk or sevrely under-dosed, while good Prami is much essiear to find.
