Cannot make a tight first on 6IU ED black tops

I tried benching yestersay and it was near impossible. I literally cannot make a tight fist, not much grip, pain in lower part of forearm/wrist area.

Im on 6iu of GH ed. Should I stop all together? For how long? Or should I just lower mt dosage? And to what ? This is definitely hurting my workouts.

Are you dosing as 10iu vial or 15...And did you work your way up to 6ius or jump to it...When I work my way up sides subside pretty fast or for as what's going on with you brother...

Obvious answer is to lower your dosage - and work your way up, add morning cardio, reduce sodium intake, drink more water.

This belongs in the Beginners Forum
 
I had this exact same problem on 5iu+ but now I can again. I also can't hold my three middle fingers up with my right hand anymore. I used to not be able to with my left hand too but now I can again.
 
Just lower it and if you started to high like big dawg said then that makes a lot of sense.

wish i had some black tops...specifically, the ones i ordered 6 weeks ago... :rolleyes:

only pain i have gotten, like you have, are from ironlions puretropin .. i tried dropping the dose a bit and then moved my pin days around to eod until i got relief
