So, I am looking to cap some dbol and use bcaa's / l-glutamine / creatine mono as fillers. I have never capped anything before so I wanted to see if I could get some help with the dosing of my fillers/dbol.
Essentially, I want to run about 5-10 grams each day of bcaa's, l-glutamine and creatine mono (all roughly the same) and dbol at roughly 40 mg's per day. The problem that I have is that I have no idea how much a "00" or "000" size cap can hold so I don't know if I should dose them at 5mg dbol per cap and about 630 mg each of the other stuff (will all of that fit into one cap?). Should I just stick to one thing? If so, which one would you suggest? BCAA? L-glutamine? Creatine? other?
any help/advise would be appreciated. I am just trying not fill fill my caps with a bunch of crap, I would rather they be filled with something useful that will compliment the dbol.
