Hollywood simply had to find a way to stick Samual Jackson in there some where...lol.

Even guys who can act decently are asked to loose size. The Rock has had to loose size for plenty of roles, even action roles. The general audiences today don't like overly muscular stars. Heck, the fact that most guys want to look like "Brad Pitt in fight club", and think he's big ought to tell you something.

Personally, I couldn't care less. As long as the story/acting/cinematography are up to par, the movie should be great.

They actually asked Daniel Craig to LOSE size to play in the last 2 James Bonds.

He wasnt huge but before filming the Bonds, he was in great shape.

Nows he just small and lean.

Actually, in the Ultimate Marvel Universe, they modeled Nick Fury's character after Sam jack...not the other way around. It was done in respect of his work...so when they looked for someone to play him in the movie, where else do you look?


Nick Fury has been black for many years in the comics. I think people who don't read them get confused when some character from the 60's doesn't look the same 50 years later.

Yeah Cap America is actually starting to look pretty damn good to me. Im not so sure about Thor, but at least Natalie Portmans in it. And DC is really keeping quiet about Green Lantern.

Its starting to make me think theyre scrambling to do reshoots or something/ it sucks?
