Im kinda Slim... 5.11 160 at 25 Years old... But people say i look way Better(they cant believe it the difference that when i was 213 at more bodyfat)
But you know Shelby... My main goal right now is to Just be healty, Try to lower HDL as low as possible, UP HDL as high as possible, Low Tryglicerides... Etc...
I dont base myself as my musclemass or Bodyfat... Its not who i am... I see so many people around(malls,Grocery,etc..) that seem to be Hurting and low energy, its like they are dead with no energy...

I may Hire one of you Troponin guys, my main goal is try to stay lean and Get some mass on... I would like to be around 180-185 at 7-8% long term goal..
Last time i got checked by trainer im at 148 Lean bodymass.. I probally need to gain a good 22 LBS of Lean body mass.
Havent really trained That serious for maybe 3 Years, Was mainly running and lost about 25 Pound of Lean body mass(213 at 16% bodyfat), I went Crazy and Start running like a maniac lol
I was Eating WAY TOO MUCH Carbs( lol i swear i ate like 1000G per day sometime)... i went crazy... When i dropped from 213 to 160, I Got SEVERE Hypoglecemia...Everything was all over the place.
