When should you incorporate high carb days when on a low carb diet (less than 30 grams a day)? I've seen most people go low carb Mon thru Fri and high carb Sat and Sun... Can you space out your high carb days?? Say.. Tuesday and Saturday?? Or does that negate the ketosis effect of low carbs for 5 straight days...
