It is a good idea to cycle carb on bulking phase? or it would be better to stick with one meal plan (and maybe just remove high carb pwo meal form it)?
i'm planing to do 1-2 high (3g/lb) , 3-2 medium (2g/lb) and 3 low (1g/lb,on off days) carb days...protein stays always the same (about 1.5 g/lb)...fats about 70-100g (more on low carb days).
