Carb cycling when bulking

It is a good idea to cycle carb on bulking phase? or it would be better to stick with one meal plan (and maybe just remove high carb pwo meal form it)?
i'm planing to do 1-2 high (3g/lb) , 3-2 medium (2g/lb) and 3 low (1g/lb,on off days) carb days...protein stays always the same (about 1.5 g/lb)...fats about 70-100g (more on low carb days).

I've had great success cycling my carbs year-round. You get the same benefits during the offseason as you do when dieting:

-enhanced insulin sensitivity
-greater capacity for glycogen storage
-improved metabolism

I personally drop my protein a bit on my high days, but your plan looks pretty good as is.
 
works well if u have slin insensitivity problem, thi way u should avoid fat gains from bulking and regulate ur slin sensitivity in the same time
