carb deplete prior to DNP

Thoughts on 3 day carb depletion prior to DNP usage, read that it will kick start the effects sooner, even though you up the carb while in use. Sounds counterintuitive, but wasa scientific study. Thx for input

it is completely unnecessary, according to the DNP guru Conciliator. I ran it twice and didn't carb deplete and had insane results. I wouldn't put myself through the 3 day misery of carb depletion if I were you

Thank you ! That's what I was hoping and thinking, seemed backwards, but medical study said otherwise.
