Carb Loading and Diuretics for competition?

I am new at this, competed twice, but with no attention paid to water or carb loading seeing as i was natural and a teen. Now im all juiced up and ready to go lol.

Im lookin for a manual, walkthrough, FAQ, whatever u wanna call it on carb loading and diuretics. I know they go hand in hand and one can mess up the other. Take too much diuretics and u come in flat as a board, dont take enough and ur watery and fat looking. Theres also the chance of spilling over on carbs. Also a chance of locking up due to lack of potassium or something. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
 
What you are asking for are the keys grasshopper.

If it were as simple as ABC, everyone would look tremendous at contest time.

There are MANY that can deplete water naturally. I have an extremeley hard time getting rid of water - even using diuretics. I've also been told that it's not being lean enough (having an extremely low BF) rather than a problem of water :eek:

Everyone's body is different - what works for one take longer in someone and shorter amount of time in another. There are some really GOOD guideline in past posts here,

Check around the articles forum for diuretic use. Do a search for 'shitload' with username 'skip' or 'Skip' he has quite an interesting concept called shitloading that he promotes.
