I'm useing the Growth Principles for Beg workout and getting 400-500g of protein with shakes at every meal. I have added cardio on off days in the morning at a low intensity. My carbs are 300g or less a day. My question is can i switch my carb choice of grains to mostly fruits because of small bloat or should i keep some grains and fruits? I want to have minimal fat gain while trying to build the most muscle onto my tall frame. Thanks for all the help.
