I'm keeping carbs very low, around 40 grams a day and still lifting hard. More volume, less weight. I have been having one re-feed carb day where I'm going to 100 grams, particularly on leg day. My BF% is decreasing but I feel very lethargic and flat after day 3. What are others opinion's? I was thinking of doing a moderate to higher carb day on day 4 instead of day 7.
