Carb timing

Beta Ona you are one of my favorite posters on this board now a days, me and you think a lot alike on a lot of things especially nutrition.

Wow, thank you bro, I appreciate it very much, but you are one of the most valued posters on this board, and I also believe that you are the only pro who publishes on boards just because you want to share and collaborate, without being sponsored.
 
Yea, thanks to both of you for being proof that all your muscle won't fall off and you won't die from eating keto and being a bodybuilder...lol.
 
What's everyone's input on keeping carbs at breakfeast, pre, intra, and post only vs spreading them out through out the day? I am lean bulking and I see it both ways. Should help with insulin sensitivity, but by eating carbs all day should help keep glucose levels steady and in theory grow all day lol

I always carb cycled when I was leaning up. On low days I still had carbs with breakfast and pre and post workout. Playing the carb cycle game always had me growing into most of my shows.
 
I think it really has to do with what stage of a diet you are on (deficit or surplus) as well as what your appetite is like.
I also think it really depends on just HOW MANY CARBS YOU HAVE TO GET IN.

I tend to do carbs in INTRA, POST, and maybe 1 more meal. So by the end of the day i'm eating mostly protein+fats.
But when i get up high in BW (i'm 290 now) and i'm eating 600-700g of carbs, I tend to have to spread my carbs out more.
700g of carbs is a shit ton and from all the info i've gathered from the coaches that I respect, MOST keep carbs around WO's then slowly trickle down depending on amount.
