Is it better to carb up with Complex carbs or simple sugars?

Like soda? Or whole weath bread, pasta, brow rice?

The science shows low glycemic carbs like sweet pototatos are best but I have mates who swear by sugars, but I personally stay away from them.

I prefer faster easy to digest carbs , white rice with strawberry jelly is my favorite , you can easily get 100g carbs per cup and it goes down like a fat kid on a seesaw

I agree and think simple.sugars are counterproductive if not on hgh and slin

I primarily use white rice, farro, rice cakes, bagels, all natural jams, and fat free cereals. They’re makin’ me big but not fat-fat. Haha ..
