I have been lifting properly with a sound diet for about 10 months. Dropped a lot of BF and have reasonably good symmetry with only problems being that I carry chest fat and have a bit of loose skin down the bottom of abdomen.
In the never ending quest to understand more I have done some reading on pre show carb depletion (and reefed) as well as water loading etc.
Is there a sticky here that I've missed or is someone knowledgeable willing to provide a regime for me to try this out at the end of my cut? More or less I just want to see what I can play with to get a real lean look..
I've provided a pic to give you an idea of how I am currently, I am quite vascular even on bulk.
5,8" 162lbs around 11-12% BF guesstimate (torso)
I also get dexa scan twice a year.
