Carbs around your workout

I like to keep all my carbs around my workout. I am going to be adding more, but not sure if I can eat 4.5c of rice. Any input on sweet potato powder? Digest well? Any suggestions? I appreciate the help!
 
Sure you can,
You can also blend your white rice in the bender ans add a little stevia, cinnamon or even you protein powder.
 
Yeah man, I don't have any carbs for my first two meals of the day, workout mid-day and start introducing carbs in a Karbolyn shake about 30 min pre workout. I have tremendous focus and better pumps that if I loaded up on carbs pre workout, and I'm not yawning on my way to the gym.

Has a nutty and earthy flavor. May want to calibrate your accompanying supplements with that in mind in case you are using fruity or citrus flavored protein, pre workout etc...
