I have read mixed views on having carbs in your last meal before you go to bed, some people saying that as carbs main use is for energy u don’t need them as your not active when sleeping etc and others saying you need them as it’s like saying to someone don’t have carbs just before they go to work and dont get time eat for a long period.
I’m guessing that a factor would be how sensitive an individual is to carbs and what they are trying to achieve mass phase or cutting for a show etc. I was wondering what you guys think and views of this subject?
