It depends what type of person-metaboslim you have and how is your activity level through out a day, drugs are third factor but most important are first two...Personally I have very fast metabolism, now doing cardio 3-4 times a week fasted just light walk, training very high volume (20-30 sets per body part) and high frequency (back,chest at least 2 times a week, sometimes 3, legs/arms 2 times a week, barely train my shoulders, calves ed) and doing 3-4 muay thai session a week at the end of the day and I am dropping weight on 400g of carbs, usually my carbs shoots to 500-600g on a hard days (for example-cardio in the morning, 2+ hour leg training ession and muay thai training later in the day , if I get bellow 400 I cannot function/concentrate and I am just on trt test, hcg and 20mg dbol prew...my buddy who is on 1-2g test year round, hgh year round adds tren,winny,t3,clen,proviron when contest time comes never eats more than 150-200g of carbs even in the offseason he never goes over 300, he gets fat very quick if he is eating too much of carbs, because a-he does need much of them when doing just weights (very little to no cardio), b-he was chubby, muscled but chubby all his life and does not have very fast metaboslim, no matter how much drugs he puts in his system.human body is more complex than some guys believes whose thinks that if they have slow metabolsim/low energy expenditure they can put lots of t3/clen/t4/tren/hgh or any other fat burning drug eat lotsa carbs/calories and lose fat. it does not work that way
