Cardarine and SR9009/9011

Some questions

1. Are these both only effective for fat loss if used ONLY fasted and pre-cardio or pre-training?

2. Anyone use SR9009 or SR9011 with any success?

3. Any hypo issues with Cardarine if you’re keto or low carbing it?

my buddy used SR9009 and said it ate up muscle glycogen and blood sugar fast and left him flat.
imo in order to keep from being flat u would have to ingest more carbs which would negate the weightloss...
having said that i still plan on trying it lol

My bud swears by taking the SR 9009 immediately before training. I'll be trying the liquid suspension in a couple days, will let you know.

Does it work just as well for fat loss and endurance for those on keto ?

I did GW on keto. I could mountain bike all day with little fuel. The fat loss comes from the cardio. But you have the endurance to push hard.

I think GW sucks as a fat loss agent. However, it’s excellent for endurance. I think it’s great. Haven’t used it in years.
