People dont get this... The test is good to get, but w/ out other tests, its meaningless.
A buddy had "0" and low lipid levels, but had a triple-bypass / widow-maker. (None of it measure soft-plaque, w/ out intrusive testing). Little spots of calcification could add up to a number like 400, yet they are scattered, with zero blockages. The calcification, is the soft-plaque healed/coated. If no blockages, then its not even an issue...
Overblown w/ out follow-ups testing like nuclear stress, etc.

With insurance covering Heart Flow test now or the ability to do a heat PET test I think more bodybuilders should opt to do those.

A CT calcium score is good to start and if you don’t have insurance is nice as it’s $99 vs cash pay of $2k for a PET test.

Man 32-38 are the best gym years imo I hope you satay healthy and at it. Keep crushing it friend. You of the British or Aussie persuasion? Or just say “mate” the Brit’s we trained and did a few ops with said bloke a ton and the aussies said mate. Both were awesome combined arms guys.

If you do have any of these is there a course non surgical to clear arteries? You always see the tumeric and ACV as “artery clearing but seems like bullshit to me
