Cardio Advice Please

Hello, I have never done cardio a day in my life due to the fact that I train with very high intensity(less than 30 seconds each set probably 15 seconds) My question is if I wanted to incorporate cardio into my workouts, would it be beneficial or would I lose muscle, overtrain, etc? I am basically on a cycle of test and deca and I feel as though I'm starting to hold onto alot of water(the only side which I can't stand) in my face looking like a squirrel storing nuts for the winter... Would cardio help? I already drink tons of water but haven't tried cardio... Also if cardio is recommended, where should I keep my heart rate around and what machines should I be using and for how long?

Try some exemestane it will help get rid of the water bloat.

Its almost impossible for us to tell you if incorporating cardio into your routine would cause you to lose muscle with the very little information about yourself, diet, training, and stats you have provided.

I am 25 yrs old. 190lbs, 5'7 and on my 2nd cycle. Sust 750/wk, deca 400/wk & HGH 3iu/ED. I train each body part once a week and probably the only guy who goes till failure for each and every set pyramiding than dropsetting in my gym. I'm just accustomed to high intensity workouts pushing myself harder and harder each time. My diet is pretty much in check

yes, you could run the aromasin right now or a similar product and it will help bring down the bloat. As far as the cardio goes you shouldn't have to worry about losing muscle if you throw in due to the supps ur currently on...

You can run Arimi, 1mg eod.

The main cause of the bloat is diet. If you're worried about bloating you should be focusing on what foods you're eating - not so much cardio, or higher intensity workouts. Your rest periods are already too short as it is.

What are your goals? Are you training to get bigger?

would you not want to try the cardio first, then use another chemical?

Curently I am training to get bigger and am using deca and gh mainly due to shoulder pain. I don't mind the bloat too much its just that it just seems that the bloat is kept on my face especially after cycle. So my question is would i be able to use it after cycle to take bloat off? I've kept sodium to a minimum and am eating pretty healthy I don't know...

I am willing to try cardio especially fpor heart health while on cycle? but am unsure if it would be counterproductive due to high intensity I already have during my workouts.

cardio for heart health is great. Just do low intensity cardio as not to burn muscle

Hit the treadmill for 20min @ 4mph.
Or the elliptical on level 7 (whatever doesn't make you winded) at a medium fast pace for 20min.

While doing cardio make sure you can still talk to someone and are not winded.

For 25 years old

~117/137 BPM = 60 / 70% vo2 max

Fat burn is best at around 65% (~126BPM)

Above 70% vo2max you ll burn more calories and start using glycogen, you choose.

put the treadmill on an incline and walk for 15-30min at an easy pace...

focus on heart rate if you are trying just to lose weight
