Hello, I have never done cardio a day in my life due to the fact that I train with very high intensity(less than 30 seconds each set probably 15 seconds) My question is if I wanted to incorporate cardio into my workouts, would it be beneficial or would I lose muscle, overtrain, etc? I am basically on a cycle of test and deca and I feel as though I'm starting to hold onto alot of water(the only side which I can't stand) in my face looking like a squirrel storing nuts for the winter... Would cardio help? I already drink tons of water but haven't tried cardio... Also if cardio is recommended, where should I keep my heart rate around and what machines should I be using and for how long?
