I like cardio post training but I think this offseason i'm going to incorporate fasted cardio 4-5 times a week in the morning and see how lean I can stay doing that after my show.
I'm doing one session of fasted cardio and 3 hiit sessions right now. I do fasted on leg day and take the next day off from cardio. I'm 11 weeks out and sure that'll change at some point though.
