Well I have always read that get your meal in 30 min after your training. I was wondering I have been doing 30 min of cardio after my training is my body going into a catabolic state while Im doing my cardio after my weight training??? Or since my heart rate is staying elevated its not changing anything??? Any help would be great. Did lots of research just alot of different answers.
