Whenever I’m due bloods, I’ve learned from past experience to stop training 5 days before otherwise my kidney and liver readings are off. The 5 days allows them to be within range

Normally I do nothing physical in the 5 day period but I’m contemplating some brisk cardio this time. I’m assuming this won’t affect bloods like heavy, intense training but not 100% sure
 
I’d stick with what your daily life is like. I take off from lifting for 2 days typically but leave in then cardio since I do it daily year round.
 
I do cardio every day, only once where my liver values out of range...I had trained hard the day before (squat, bench, dead) and was doing that carnivore diet. I wouldn’t worry unless its intense hiit
