Whenever I’m due bloods, I’ve learned from past experience to stop training 5 days before otherwise my kidney and liver readings are off. The 5 days allows them to be within range
Normally I do nothing physical in the 5 day period but I’m contemplating some brisk cardio this time. I’m assuming this won’t affect bloods like heavy, intense training but not 100% sure
