will i still get the same results if i did cardio at night before bed and weights in the morning as opposed to vice versa? i work til almost midnight and am pretty tired when i get off. would i also still get the same results if i did weights, then cardio for 45 post-workout or should they always be split up? im dieting to get ripped right now, and im natural. thanks.
