im currently on the summer abs trip and do am cardio on the tready wearing a plastic L/S top and do an hour with avg of 550-620 cals. then do weights pm and a 3klm walk but on off days T,TH,SAT do am cardio and a 6klm run/jog that arvo.
yes diet is great 1800-2000 cals 80g fat 90 gr carb and 280gr pro.
im on clen , t3 first week and dropped 2kgs but i dont seem to lose much ab or chest fat, mainly leg and arms. getting a bit of quad separation and great vaso but this abb fat is hard to flick why is that?
should i increase ab workouts to 4 per week not 2 ?
