cardio city min fat loss ?

im currently on the summer abs trip and do am cardio on the tready wearing a plastic L/S top and do an hour with avg of 550-620 cals. then do weights pm and a 3klm walk but on off days T,TH,SAT do am cardio and a 6klm run/jog that arvo.

yes diet is great 1800-2000 cals 80g fat 90 gr carb and 280gr pro.

im on clen , t3 first week and dropped 2kgs but i dont seem to lose much ab or chest fat, mainly leg and arms. getting a bit of quad separation and great vaso but this abb fat is hard to flick why is that?

should i increase ab workouts to 4 per week not 2 ?

bit lost here....:(
 
Increasing ab workouts won't do anything for your belly fat, unless you take into consideration the calories burned.

You're on the right track. Your diet, activity level, and supplements will get you a lean body if you stick with it. The only thing left now is patience and consistency. Which is, without a doubt, the most difficult part.
 
Daymn, something is wrong here! Are you a dude? (I'm guessing yes by your sn...); Gosh, I'm a gal, and when I'm lucky enough to find something to curb my insanely painful hunger, (thereby allowing me to cut to 1800-2000 cals/day), I drop fat like nobody's biz! [And that is on just 400-500 cals burned/day x 6 days/week of cardio + 2 full body weight workouts, lasting 60-80 min each). You must have a slow metabolism...

I've found HGH and/or HGH + peptides(= GHRH + GHRP) to be very helpful for fatloss, esp. in the midsection; so you may want to consider adding that to the mix, esp if everything else is in check.

yep its all patience now i guess. its first time on clen and t3 so just wasn't sure what to expect.

diet is
br 2 eggs lean beef patty and half a tomato.

mt 2 cans of tuna

lch 200gr rump and salad

arvt apple pro shk

dinner chicken and veg or salad

i drink about 4 or more liters of water a day

this is 6 days a week.
