I think I've got this from Milos Sarcev ( a tablespoon of peanut butter) before cardio i.e. was I think something along the lines of eat fat to burn fat signalling or something the explanation bit I can 't remember as I've been prolly in the clouds somewhere..
anyway I ain't having that shit but using 2 tablespoons of Oils (Cod Liver Oil + EVOO - 1 tbsp each) + a blend of protein shake - 1 scoop of egg white powder, micellar and whey concentrate.
the cardio lasts about 3 hours + occasional legs and rehabbing workjout straight after - before the weights session of course I get some fast acting carbs + whey
What will be the optimal fuelling protocol for the cardio ? used oats before but do not want to use them now and rice flour is too high on the GI which I do not like. tried food before but likely did not timed it right and no I ain't waking up 2 hours or more before to eat. so shake , any fancy new carbs sources,fats,proteinsa you would recommend? I've seen some with bulk suppliers but have never heard about them anywhere and did not really considered researching them. Put it this way - I want to achieve the best result for the effort I am making anyway and it is on a regular basis,unavoidable.
wanna lose fat of course as currently for whatever reasons it is not melting off but actually gaining a bit of it and not happy. muscle seems to grwo visually at least.
