So i am trying to get my ass in to some decent shape. I have got my diet in line (not easy people.... its getting easier each day, but to start off it sucked ass... apparently I love fatty foods )
So, i have got some clen on order (i hope it gets here) and i have been doing my research on the board and it appears that everyone says that you should do your cardio in the morning on a empty stomach (or with a apple or something)
I dont get why? If you are buring calories, why does it matter when you do it? The reason I ask is because I generally hit the gym for my lift over my lunch at work, then hit the gym again at night for my cardio.
Would i get better results if i got my ass up in the morning and did the cardio?
Suggestions? Advice?
