I have a football game tomorrow and was thinking about going to the gym today and doing 30 - 60 min of high intensity cardio. I was thinking of doing that or just resting. My job requires me to work 11 days on 3 days off. so today is the 1st day off after going 11 straight. I guess the question Im asking is does anyone think the cardio I do today will impede my performance tomorrow or help it?
