im always hearing that to much cardio is catabolic on lean tissue, but in an interview with md Eric Fankhouser says he was doing 2 hrs of cardio daily to get ready for the 2007 IFBB North America. so is it possible to do 2 hrs daily if timed right without muscle loss and if so how could this be accomplished? Test and tren would be used for its anticatabolic properties and maybe sip on lba's throughout cardio?
