Carditone

I’ve been on Benazapril / Amlodipine 5/20 for years. It’s kept my BP right under the acceptance levels. Added the Carditone a week ago and it has brought it down more including by resting heart rate. I’ve been very pleased with the results.

Just finished sweeping the house which is a lot of moving around in our house and decided to take my readings, figured this would show how effective Carditone is. My readings were 109/65!

Is it safe to combine Carditone with an ACEi or ARB?

Since we are not supposed to mix ARBs with ACEis.

Never used carditone but after reading the results going to give it a try I am consistently around 140/90 will see if it brings it down.

This is a good product for BP but one side that I get from it that drives me crazy is a stuffy nose.

I used Carditone for almost 4yrs at 2 pills per day. I suffered from a severely stuffed up nose the entire time.....never knowing it was the Carditone that was causing it. I ended up getting dependent on nasal spray because I was always so badly stuffed up. After coming across info on here a couple years ago stating that this was a side effect of Carditone, I dropped it and my breathing problems instantly went away. Not everyone will be affected by it to the degree that I was, but it made daily life very uncomfortable. I now take 5mg of Cialis daily pre-WO and combined with my Lisinopril, I do just fine.

Yes, I split the dose.

I asked my Dr. about prescribing me some Lisinopril, and he said that it depends on what my Potassium levels came back as in my bloodwork.

Ive been using it and have been stuffed up as well. Didnt think it could be from the carditone. Im going to try not taking it for a few days, if the stuffyness goes away ill go back to telmistartan.

I heard carditone has a good impacts on dopamine somehow and not to be taken unless you actually have high BP. Issues. Is this true or am I thinking of a different supplement

Here's another testament to the power of Carditone - yesterday, I recorded my lowest resting heart rate ever at 48.

That's in the middle of a hard cut with all the usual supplements, a fat burner, and 6 days of lifting + cardio each week.

I've had it in the low 50s before but never below 50. The only difference between now and the last time I was dieting is Carditone. It's also improved my hear rate during cardio - I have to basically sprint to hit the 130s.

After reading post here I decided to give Carditone a try. My blood pressure has been borderline high for a while. I was doing a cycle it was even higher. After a week my BP is 116-78. The biggest bonus for some reason Im not getting up in the middle of the night to go bathroom. Getting 6-7 hours of straight sleep is a miracle for me. Prior I would be up every 2 hours. Last night I had 3 beers - prior I would be up all the time. Not sure if anyone else has had the same effect.

No(at least not much at all), lowered resting heart rate doesn't have a impact on amount of fat burning. It is, however an indicator that your heart is doing the same job with much less effort.
Clen, specifically, is a beta 2 agonist. It binds to receptors that ultimately increase blood flow to fat cells and frees up the fatty acids for use. It doesn't have a direct effect on cardiac tissue. It dilates the bronchial and arterial pathways which in turn speeds up heart rate to keep up blood flow to the body.
