I came across another one of these again today. However this time the dosages were what stuck out to me. This is the first time I've recall seeing someone admitting to this much in a case report. From the wording it said this is what he took daily so it seems like this might be his roughly what stayed on year round and blasted higher. The only thing it didn't list were the insulin amounts.

Development of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Associated with Anabolic Androgenic Steroid Abuse in a Young Bodybuilder: A Case Report
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3420693/
- Full pdf can be downloaded from the upper right button.

A 37-year-old male professional bodybuilder with a body
height of 180 cm and a body weight of 118 kg presented
himself with increasing epigastric and abdominal pain to an
outside department of hepatology.

For a period of at least five years he has been
consuming the following AASs in a daily medication schedule:
- Testosterone propionate, testosterone phenylpropionate,
testosterone isocaproate, testosterone decanoate 250mg,

- trenbolone acetate 75mg
- 5alpha-androstanediol 100 mg,
- boldenone and methandriol dipropionate 240 mg,
- Anavar 4×10 mg,
letrozole 0,065 mg, and oxymetholon 3 × 50 mg or methandienone
10 mg. Oxymetholone or methandienone was discontinued
three weeks before competition. In addition, he
took spironolactone 100 mg, mesterolone 25 mg, fluoxymesterone
10 mg four weeks, and torasemide eighteen hours
before competition. Furthermore, a daily intake of amino
acid, vitamins, and mineral tablets, T4 (200 μg), and growth
hormones (8 I.E.
) was reported.

I know a guy (non-bodybuilder) who is in remission from liver cancer. It's one of those cancers that is really hard to survive, like pancreatic or prostate cancer.

He's a bodybuilder. He is 100% likely to be downplaying his doses. 5'10 260. That's definitely a big boy.

Also, this is a pretty old report. When I saw Methandriol in there I knew it had to be. Damn what a piece of shit drug.

but it cleans the receptors!!!

secret of the pros

Haha god damn that's really a knee slapper. Stuff was huge in Australia. It was a vet drug there mixed with EQ. Also really big in Mexico back in the day as Denkadiol. Was notorious for giving gyno so bad that Nolva wouldn't touch it.

To my knowledge it's not available nowadays, either by UGL or commercially.

Here's another freaky one, though doses aren't mentioned

You just don't get it, do you? It has nothing to do with his size, though I'm sure many are bigger on far less, it's a matter of shame and insecurity. It's about the psychology of it all. There's a sense of concern that if he tells a healthcare professional his true doses, his outcome might be far worse. Look up some rudimentary defense mechanisms, namely repression and reaction formation. Obviously with the amount of health problems that this individual is experiencing, it would behoove him to tell the truth, but the truth isn't easy to always face.

Of course he could be telling the truth, but historically speaking, bodybuilders will always downplay their usage, just like a boozebag will always tell doctors he doesn't drink as heavily as he really does. Same thing with fat fucks claiming they don't eat a lot.

I don’t understand the fear of telling the doctor the truth. People are far too intimidated by physicians. They work FOR you. You fire them if not happy with the care provided.

The minute you tell your doctor your on steroids EVERY future problem gets related to steroid use.

“ oh you get headaches..that’s cause you used steroids “

Fuck that. You Defo don’t want that on your record.

that's not true with the doctors I had (though my experience is probably not common).

they've both just told me to 'lay off the orals for a while', as they wrote me year-long scripts for ACE-I

but those were the men, of course.

the women felt it necessary to tell me that I'm a drug abuser and I'm going to die young.... and wouldn't prescribe me ACE-I
