Casein During Cutting

Im taking in about 50 grams of Casein protien before bed during my cutting phase is this fine to do?
 
What's the rest of your diet like? You certainly won't die from 50 g if that's what you're asking...
 
Are you hungry before bed, or in the middle of the night?
If the answer to these two questions is no, then you should't be consuming it.
Especially if cutting.

(Meal 1)
1 Whole Egg
6 White Eggs
1 Med Banana
1 tbs Almond butter
25g of protein in water w/ 1 tbs of Flax oil

(Meal 2)
1 Ounce dry roast peanuts unsalted
50g whey Iosolate in water
1 pear

(Meal 3)
6 oz chicken breast or 7 oz salmon
5 oz brown rice or white

(Pre-Workout Meal 4)
Same as meal 3 with-out protein
2 scoops of No-explode

Gym time
(Post Work out Meal 5)
50 grams of protein in water
30 grams of pure carb
5.6 grams BCAA's

(Meal 6)
6 oz chicken breast or 7 oz salmon
Salad

(Meal 7 before bed)
50 grams of Casein Protein

If there are any changes you believe that can make it better please let me know

If it is just casein that you're taking then there is no reason why not. It is especially good at night on a cut since it is a slow digesting protein and will help stave off possible catabolism during an all night fast (sleep).
 
I don't see anything wrong with it as long as you are staying within your calorie restrictions.

Your diet looks very clean. I usually will start off with about 50g of Casein as the last meal with some coconut oil for myself and a lot of my guys. If your LBM is staying the same or increasing while bf% is dropping at a consistent enough rate to reach your target date, then do not change it. You may be able to keep it like this all the way to stage bodyfat. I would be more likely to manipulate carbs & cardio before protein intake if body fat wasn't moving.
 
It is beneficial to stave off catabolism. But if you are cutting and like to rely on fasted morning cardio, I would probably avoid the cassein before bed. When you do morning cardio, you ideally want to release fatty acids and burn these for energy. One of the main reasons these can be used for energy is because there is no competing energy source (Due to the fact that you haven't eaten for 8+ hours while you have been sleeping). The cassein can possibly negate this effect. But either way, it really depends on your approach. To use or not to use depends on what best suits your needs at the time.

And what would be the best way to manipulate carbs if I get to that point?
