Casual, non-gym sleeveless tees/tank top suggestions?

So I dunno about y'all, but I sweat like a mofo during the summer. Doesn't matter what I'm on or if I'm leaned out, it's just freaking uncomfortable. I've put on around 40 pounds in a couple years, so this gives me an opportunity to ditch the large-sized clothes for XLs now.

What are some of your favorite tank tops or sleeveless t-shirt brands? I prefer the athletic/muscle fit because I hate a billowing stomach area. This is hard to find given that most of America is filled with fatasses so they don't taper the fit to have gut room.

Im old fashion and just go with hanes premium wifebeaters aka a-shirts... they also have grey black and navy i think... plus if u want to wear a white one underneath a dif colored one it can help with sweat stains coming thru from the thin material...

... and personally unless doing some kind of athletic activity sleeveless shirts will stay hung in my closet next to the tuxedo tshirt...

my 3 picks and keep in mind these are my out and about choices not gym: Jay cutlers apparel has a few choices I wear, Oakley, and American Eagle. all 3 have a good shoulder/trap, back, stomach cut.

I'm exactly the same way so thanks for making this thread. Could use some ideas for myself

Gym Shark? They've got nice muscle fit ones. I got some myself.

I do also like the loose fitting tanks/stringers though, u can get em at h and m.

henley or lulu lemon if you don't want to look like a clown show off....unfortunately tho if you have a physique at all you are lambasted by general public in summer for showing off the muscles....even though skinny fat guys can rock tanks with no shame or comment

World gym, Powerhouse gear, original, nice looking, good quality and cheap. What they mostly wear nowadays is gayyinsh.

I find v neck short sleeve tri blend fit like a glove and make you look awesome. They do have sleeves so maybe try to find cut off. It's the material that is key...you want tri blend. Next Level or Canvas brand.

American Apparel tri-blend t's. V-neck, crew neck and tanks.

Gilden tank tops work good and are cheap at around $10 each, decent quality and last forever. They aren't a string type tank but more a athletic cut but the fit is good and really accentuates your build. I'm 230 and use their xxl fits good and doesn't look like a damn dress on you as most larger sizes are soooo long too

I could not agree more with the end of your comment. The "fashions" for most clothes today look like shit that you would get beat up for wearing 20 years ago lol. For lack of a better term the style is a little too "soft" for me.

God, I know. I'm 6'-3", so I'm hard to miss to begin with, but I get ripped on CONSTANTLY for this shit. I've learned to roll with the punches and ignore the haters.

checkout champs sports or footlocker in the mall... ive found a ton of adidas, nike, and various brand tanks there with graphics/teams/etc... usually on the sale racks to where i pick them up for like $12.. Surf shops (if your near the beach) usually have alot of tanks too, they may be rusty or quicksilver brand or something tho..

personally, basketball jerseys are my fav sleeveless/tank shirts...

What kind of stuff do you wear regularly? I'm just curious.
